According to the video promo for WWE Payback 2015 that became viral, it looks like the main event would feature Seth Rollins, Randy Orton & Roman Reigns.
Seth Rollins would still be the WWE World Heavyweight Champion heading into the match, which means Rollins will somehow manage to retain the title at Extreme Rules 2015.
