With a big heavyweight body similar to a Bobby Lashley (WWE 2005-2007) and the speed & in-ring skills of a Cruiserweight Wrestler, Apollo Crews is by far the #1 Star in NXT right now.
Coming up as “Uhaa Nation”, Apollo Crews soon made a name for himself on the Independent Scene, wrestling for indy promotions like Evolve, Dragon Gate USA, PWG, CZW, but also competed overseas in England (Dragon Gate UK), Germany (wXw) & Japan (Dragon Gate).
Originally dubbed as an ‘Indy Sensation’, he joined WWE NXT by April 2015 and managed to become one of their most interesting up and coming Superstars right away.
As of this point, it’s safe to predict that, not only will he become the NXT World Champion before the year 2016 is over, but he will also be one of a kind on the WWE Main Roster TV (RAW & SmackDown) for years to come.
