• Top Free Agent To Sign With AEW Soon?
Is former IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Kota Ibushi heading to AEW?
During an interview with Dark Puroresu Flowsion, Ibushi said he’s going to talk with AEW President Tony Khan soon:
“Recently, Kenny (Omega) and I have been talking about things other than games. For example, are your knees okay? Or is your shoulder okay? Also I hope to be in contact with Tony soon.”
Ibushi then also teased wrestling at AEW All In 2023:
“All In is taking place in Wembley Stadium come August, right? Perhaps if I could face Chris Jericho or Hangman Page in a singles match or with the Golden Elite.”
Ibushi last wrestled in NJPW in 2021. He’s currently a free agent. He returned from injury last month and wrestled two matches in GCW during the WrestleMania 39 weekend.
