• Top NJPW Star Reportedly Headed To WWE
Following his loss to IWGP Heavyweight and Intercontinental Champion Kota Ibushi at NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 15 Night 2, Jay White announced that he’ll be done with NJPW after New Year’s Dash.
It’s unknown if this is an angle or White is actually set to leave Japan.
Super J-Cast, who have broken multiple stories in the past, are reporting that White may leave NJPW at the end of this month, and is expected to receive an offer from WWE.
“Several sources have indicated there is some doubt whether Jay White will extend his NJPW contract, rumoured to be up at the end of the month. WWE are believed to be making a strong play for him and it’s 50/50 whether he stays or goes.”

WrestleVotes also hinted that White may be headed to NXT.
