• Top NXT Star Confronted Shawn Michaels After Last Night’s Show
In the main event of last night’s NXT Vengeance Day 2023 premium live event, Bron Breakker defeated Grayson Waller in a Steel Cage Match to retain the NXT Championship.
Carmelo Hayes came out after the match and signaled that he’s coming for the NXT Championship. Carmelo defeated Apollo Crews in a 2 Out of 3 Falls match earlier in the night.
During the post-show press conference, Grayson confronted 2-time WWE Hall Of Famer Shawn Michaels (who books NXT).
Waller made it clear that he’s unhappy and asked HBK why he’s not “his guy” instead of guys like Carmelo.
Matt Bloom (Albert / A-Train / Lord Tensai) had to step in and take Waller to the back.
