Top Raw Star To Miss No Mercy 2017 Due To Injury

Top Raw Superstar “The Samoan Submission Machine” Samoa Joe suffered a knee injury during a recent WWE Live Event match. According to PWInsider, he was scheduled to face John Cena on this week’s Raw, but that match didn’t due to his injury.

He’s expected to be out of action for about 4 to 6 weeks now. This means he’ll be missing the No Mercy 2017 PPV, which takes place on September 24.

Conflicting Reports Regarding Mayweather vs. McGregor PPV Buys, 6.5 Million PPV Buys Report False?

There have been conflicting reports regarding the Mayweather vs. McGregor PPV buy number. A video of UFC President Dana White talking with UFC Hall of Famer Urijah Faber reveals that the fight did 6.5 million PPV buys.

But now, Showtime executive vice president Stephen Espinoza said the following to the Los Angeles Times regarding the PPV buys:

“The fight is tracking in the mid-to-high 4 million pay-per view buys. If we don’t reach the record, we’re going to be very, very close. We consider it a massive success.”
