• Top WWE Star Is Taking A Break, Possible Reason

In the co-main event of WrestleMania 39 Saturday, Charlotte Flair lost the SmackDown Women’s Championship to Rhea Ripley in what fans and wrestling personalities are calling the best women’s match in WWE history.

According to PWInsider, Charlotte is taking a break from WWE. She told WWE Officials about this during the WrestleMania weekend.

This means her current run only lasted 3 months, as she returned from hiatus on December 30th. She took a break last year after losing the SmackDown Women’s Title as well.

During an interview before WrestleMania, Charlotte said she’d love to compete in a Bodybuilding contest. That could be the reason why she’s going on a break.

Below is what the 14-time Women’s World Champion said during an interview with ESPN:

“I would love, love, love to do a [bodybuilding] competition. I’m thinking about doing it this summer.

I know what goes into it from a diet standpoint and how lean you get. How do I make that work on the road?”

You might have noticed that Charlotte has leaned down a lot in recent months and is sporting her most ripped physique to date.
