AJ Lee made her long-awaited WWE return in September after more than ten years away. She stepped into the ring at Wrestlepalooza, teaming with her husband CM Punk to defeat Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch in a Mixed Tag Team Match.

After a hiatus that lasted nearly two months, the former Divas Champion returned on RAW at Madison Square Garden last month, costing Lynch the Women’s Intercontinental Championship. She then joined Team Rhea for her first-ever WarGames match at Survivor Series and came out on the winning side.

According to WrestleVotes, AJ will now head to Saudi Arabia next month for Royal Rumble 2026, where she is expected to compete in the Women’s Royal Rumble match. This will be her first Royal Rumble match, as the bout was introduced after she left WWE in 2015.

It will also mark her first match in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and her first time being booked for the Royal Rumble Premium Live Event.

The 2026 Royal Rumble is expected to feature a total of four matches, including the traditional Men’s and Women’s Royal Rumble matches, along with two title bouts.
