• Old School Wrestling Legend Celebrates His Birthday

Old School NWA/WWF/WCW Legend “The Enforcer” Arn Anderson (Real name: Marty Lunde) celebrates his 61st birthday today.

Arn became a huge star in NWA Jim Crockett Promotions, where he was a founding member of one of the greatest factions in professional wrestling history, The Four Horsemen.

When Ted Turner bought the promotion, him and fellow Horseman Tully Blanchard left and joined the World Wrestling Federation, where they were known as The Brain Busters.

Arn returned to the NWA promotion, now renamed World Championship Wrestling, in December 1989 and it wasn’t long before he reformed The Four Horsemen again.

In 2012, he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame by former rival “The American Dream” Dusty Rhodes.

• Multiple NXT Wrestlers Injured During Debut On USA Network (Details)

WWE has revealed that The Velveteen Dream, Arturo Ruas and Kona Reeves got injured during NXT’s debut on the USA Network and are not cleared to compete.

Kona Reeves got busted open during a dark match with Damian Priest prior to NXT going live on the USA Network. Reeves needed stitches to close the wound and might also have orbital damage.

Arturo Ruas needs to get X-rays done for his fingers after the finger breaking spot during his match with former WWE United Kingdom Champion, Pete Dunne.

Velveteen Dream was “walking gingerly” after his NXT North American Title loss to Roderick Strong and has lumbar pain.

Another NXT wrestler is on the injury list, but this injury occurred back in July. Pro Wrestling Sheet is reporting that Joaquin Wilde (f.k.a DJZ in Impact Wrestling) will be undergoing surgery for a broken eye socket. His injury was described as a freak accident during training.
