With just fives dates left, John Cena’s retirement tour is nearing its end. The 17-time World Champion’s next appearance will be at Crown Jewel in Perth, Australia, on Saturday, October 11.
Ahead of WWE RAW this week, Cena got people buzzing about a potential match with AJ Styles as he tweeted:

Thoughts? #WWERaw”
This morning, Cena sent out another tweet stating:
“I do not choose my opponents, but I (even through tough times) ALWAYS listen to the fans.
@AJStylesOrg are you listening?
Better yet @TripleH…. are YOU listening???
#CenaVsStyles”
AJ Styles quickly accepted the challenge from the Cenation Leader. He tweeted:
“I hear them loud and clear. Let’s do it, I’m ready!”
WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H has now announced that John Cena will step inside the ring against AJ Styles at Crown Jewel next month.
He tweeted:
“John Cena vs. AJ Styles is a match we all want to see. And at #WWECrownJewel…we will.
Saturday, October 11 on @espn & @netflix.”

This is the third match to be confirmed for the show. The other two matches that were announced recently are:
– Men’s Crown Jewel Championship Match: Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes (c) vs. World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins
– Women’s Crown Jewel Championship Match: Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer vs. The winner of the upcoming WWE Women’s Championship Match between Tiffany Stratton, Jade Cargill & Nia Jax
