WWE has undergone major creative and cultural changes since Triple H took over, leading to a more balanced and efficient work environment.

According to Matt Camp, under Triple H’s leadership, the company has moved away from Vince McMahon’s intense, workaholic approach, which often involved long hours and late-night calls.

“Under Triple H, there are hours to the day now,” Camp said on Busted Open.

“People are not sitting around for five or six hours in creative meetings or getting calls at one o’clock in the morning regularly.”

Triple H, who values his own family time, has brought this mentality to WWE, promoting a healthier work-life balance for the entire team.

“As normal as wrestling can be. Hunter wants to be a husband. He wants to see his kids, and he wants to have a chance to do that.

He wants to have a chance to bring his daughter to college like he did when they were overseas a month ago.”

This new approach marks a shift in WWE’s operations, ensuring that while creativity and hard work remain, they are achieved in a more structured and family-friendly manner.
