WWE Hall of Famer “Edge” Adam Copeland came out in the main event segment of tonight’s 4-year anniversary episode of AEW Dynamite and fans chanted “Adam”. Edge said he has never heard that chant for him before! Edge said there are a lot of reasons he came to All Elite Wrestling and then said:
“The AEW World Heavyweight Championship would look good around my waist.”
Adam then teased a lot of first time matches, and then named Jon Moxley, Kenny Omega, Miro, Powerhouse Hobbs, Jay White, Juice Robinson…
The main reason he came to AEW is that his daughter told him to go have fun with “Uncle Jay” Christian Cage. Edge then called Christian out. The TNT Champion came out and stood face to face with his childhood friend. The fans chant “holy sh*t”.

Edge said they have been friends for 40 years now, but Christian’s face looks like d*ck right now. Edge then confronted Christian for attacking Sting at WrestleDream, and Sting’s a person whose poster Christian used to take to the barber to get the same haircut.
Adam said Luchasarus and Nick Wayne are going to turn on Christian, but Christian is so egotistical that he won’t see it. Adam said it’s time for the first time since 2011 and for the first time properly in 20 years for both of them to team up again, to face teams like FTR and Young Bucks, to show a whole new generation of fans why they are one of the best tag teams of all time.
Edge offered a handshake and wants to end their careers as tag team partners. Christian then hugged Edge and said “go f**k yourself” and left.

The fans chanted “a$$hole” at Christian as he stood on the stage and introduced Luchasaurus, so Edge sees clearly what he’s going to face next Tuesday.
