• Update On AJ Lee’s WrestleMania 42 Plan After WWE Confirms Becky Lynch Match For Elimination Chamber
As previously reported, Becky Lynch vs. AJ Lee for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship was WWE’s plan for WrestleMania 42. However, WWE made this title match official for the Elimination Chamber PLE on February 28. This will be AJ’s first singles match in 11 years.
According to the Wrestling Observer, Becky vs. AJ is still planned for WrestleMania 42, which means it will be a rematch from Elimination Chamber.
Below is the updated card for Elimination Chamber 2026:
– World Heavyweight Championship Match: CM Punk (c) vs. Finn Balor
– Women’s Intercontinental Championship Match: Becky Lynch (c) vs. AJ Lee
– Men’s Elimination Chamber match for an Undisputed WWE Championship match at WrestleMania 42: Randy Orton vs. LA Knight vs. 4 TBD
– Women’s Elimination Chamber match for a world championship match at WrestleMania 42: Tiffany Stratton vs. Rhea Ripley vs. 4 TBD
• Ex-WrestleMania Main Eventer Expected To Appear At WrestleMania 42
The EST of WWE is finally seeing light at the end of a grueling 10-month tunnel. After being sidelined since her Women’s World Title match at WrestleMania 41, new reports suggest that Bianca Belair is tentatively expected to appear at WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas – though her exact role remains a work in progress.
The journey back has been anything but simple. Sources close to the situation have described Belair’s rehabilitation as one of the most difficult and complicated processes they have ever witnessed. While a broken finger injury sustained last April was initially thought to be a standard 8-to-12-week recovery, Belair revealed in an interview that the damage was far more complex than a simple break.
The complications were significant enough that her internal status within WWE is currently listed as having no designated return date. Despite these setbacks and the physical toll – which included gaining and then working to lose 20 pounds during her time away – Belair has reportedly maintained a positive mindset.
The good news for the Bianca Belair faithful came via reports from Self Made and Bodyslam, confirming that WWE management is banking on her presence for the biggest show of 2026 in April.
While it is unclear if she will be cleared for a full-scale match or appear in a non-wrestling capacity at WrestleMania 42, her name is officially back on the internal radar for the Vegas event.
Belair herself recently teased progress on Instagram, sharing a photo of her hand with the hopeful caption, “It’s getting fixed.”
Bianca Belair is a former WrestleMania main eventer, as she main event WrestleMania 37 – Night 1 against Sasha Banks.

• WWE Producer Calls Out Ridiculous Claims About WWE’s Reaction To Ricochet’s Negative Comments
During an interview on The Mark Hoke Show, AEW National Champion Ricochet said WWE tarnished his wrestling legacy and called WWE a “sh*t show.”
After these comments, the Wrestling Observer reported that Ricochet angered several people within WWE with his comments.
WWE Producer Shane Helms (The Hurricane) saw this report on X and replied: “I saw people kicking babies, catering got set on fire, Gorilla monitors were smashed to pieces, it was a f’n calamity I tell ya. 🤷🏻♂️”
A fan asked: “Could we confirm that y’all could care less about what he said and are focused on the current wwe product?”
Shane replied: “He’s entitled to feel anyway he wants, he’s earned it. I loved working with Ricochet. My post was about the ridiculous claim that people were ‘infuriated.’ And fans getting worked by dirtsheets is a wild level of corny.”
