– Monday’s RAW drew 1.82 million viewers with a 0.56 rating in the 18-49 demo, which is up from last week’s 1.60 million viewers with a 0.43 rating.
– Tuesday’s NXT drew 773,000 viewers with a 0.23 rating in the 18-49 demo, which is up from last week’s 581,000 viewers with a 0.16 rating.
– Wednesday’s Dynamite drew 902,000 viewers with a 0.33 rating in the 18-49 demo, which is up from last week’s 832,000 viewers with a 0.30 rating.
– According to Tony Khan, CM Punk vs. Satoshi Kojima in the Men’s Owen Hart Cup Tournament will open the AEW x NJPW: Forbidden Door PPV main show this Sunday.
– At Forbidden Door, NJPW wrestler Sanada will defend the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship against AEW wrestler “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry.
During an interview with Tokyo Sports, Sanada took a shot at Jack Perry by saying the following:
“[Jungle Boy’s knowledge] is zero. It’s sad to see someone like that challenge [for the Title]. It’s good that the open challenge is decided so easily. It’s the IWGP, I think it’s worth more than the AEW belt.”
Jungle Boy is a former AEW World Tag Team Champion, but has never held a singles title in a major promotion.
