• Hornswoggle Comments On His Upcoming Autobiography
Below is what ECW press announced regarding the upcoming autobiography of former WWE wrestler Hornswoggle – “Life Is Short – And So Am I”.
“UPCOMING AUTOBIOGRAPHY FROM POPULAR WWE WRESTLER
People born with achondroplasia – a condition causing disproportionate dwarfism – don’t tend to end up as champions in the world of wrestling. In fact, only one man has ever achieved this, becoming the World Wrestling Entertainment Cruiserweight Champion at the age of 21 and the height of 4′ 5″.
Wisconsin-born Dylan Postl worked and wrestled as Hornswoggle for the world leaders in sports entertainment for ten years, becoming the longest-tenured and unquestionably best-known little person performer in WWE history. In that time, he also appeared in Hollywood movies, bought his own wrestling promotion and, most importantly, became a dad.
LIFE IS SHORT – AND SO AM I is scheduled for a Summer 2019 release by ECW press and will see Postl collaborate with co-writers Ross Owen Williams and Ian Douglass to delve into the physical and emotional challenges of being a little person in both a big person’s world and, often, a large person’s industry, as well as charting Dylan’s emotional path to parenthood, and varied relationships within his own family.
“Looking back through my life to this point has been crazy,” says Postl. “It’s just reinforced something I’ve always thought which is ‘this should never have happened’. I can’t tell you the amount of times I’ve found myself backstage at a big event or on a movie set, and even this last week over in Saudi Arabia in front of 60,000 people halfway across the world from where I was born, thinking ‘how did this ever happen to me?’ It’s unreal.”
Writer Ross Owen Williams, the co-author of both Bob Holly’s highly-praised Hardcore Truth and upcoming Al Snow autobiography Self-Help commented, “I’m confident people will be impressed when they learn more about Dylan’s background and, especially, his attitude about everything he’s gone through with regards to his condition. Postl returned to WWE TV this past week as Hornswoggle with an appearance in the promotion’s 50-man Greatest Royal Rumble match, eliminating two-time NXT tag team champion Dash Wilder.”

• Update On Hulk Hogan’s WWE Return – “Certain Conditions” To Be Met Before He Returns, Possible Role On WWE Programming
As we noted before, multiple sources have reported that “The Immortal” Hulk Hogan is in talks with WWE for a return.
According to Slice Wrestling, the return won’t happen before “certain conditions” are met.
Below is what SW reported:
“Every time a return (for Hogan) seemed close, something made it not close. Whether it was controversy surrounding the Enzo (Amore) rape allegations in 2017 or the recent “Fabulous Moolah” (Battle Royal) name change (at WrestleMania 34).
WWE has always been a company that if the current climate involves controversy, they will avoid any other possible situations that will avoid any other possible situations that might cause possible public relations disaster.
We can now confirm that WWE & Hulk Hogan are in talks about a possible return for later this year in 2018. But not before certain conditions are met before he even steps foot in the door including a major public image rehabilitation process with an apology to every single WWE Superstar, employee, shareholder and fan for what he said in the past.
Then Hogan would likely make some sort of ambassador campaign showing that he knows he was wrong and how he has learned from his past mistakes and helping others learn from him so they won’t make the same choices he did.
WWE would then have Hogan make special appearances and also appear on WWE Network specials and documentaries.
The final part of the Hogan return plan would be for him to have some sort of an on-screen General Manager role, similar to that of Kurt Angle, but not before all other requirements are met and not before he has made peace with the WWE Universe.”
