On last night’s SmackDown, R-Truth attacked Cena in two segments and even locked him in the STF.
Below is the card for next week’s episode:

– Alexa Bliss vs. TBD in the Semi-Final of the Queen of the Ring tournament
• Real Reason Jey Uso Lost The World Heavyweight Championship
Jey Uso’s run as World Heavyweight Champion was cut short on this week’s RAW, when he lost the title back to Gunther. The match ended with Gunther putting Uso to sleep with the sleeper hold, reclaiming the championship he previously held.
According to Wrestling Observer, the title change wasn’t just about storyline direction — it had a bigger purpose. WWE’s Chief Content Officer Triple H reportedly made the decision to put the title back on Gunther because of a planned match against Goldberg on the July 12 edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event in Atlanta, Georgia, that will fall on the same day as AEW All In: Texas, making it strategically significant.
The Goldberg vs. Gunther match is expected to be Goldberg’s retirement bout, adding to the reason for making it a title match. Goldberg is currently set to return on next week’s RAW, where the feud is likely to begin.
Goldberg has been preparing for his final match over the last several months. While he’s confirmed ongoing physical issues — including being unable to run without pain due to knee issues — he remains committed to delivering a proper farewell.
