• Update On Rumors Of Vince McMahon Running WWE Creative Again
Earlier this year, Vince McMahon returned to the Board Of Directors and became The Chairman once again.
He’s back to sell the company and to ensure that they get the best deal possible, ahead of the upcoming RAW/SmackDown/NXT TV contract negotiations.
According to Bloomberg, Vince is asking for $9 billion to sell the company, which is 37% higher than WWE’s current market value of $6.5 billion.
Since Vince’s return in January and the news coming out of WWE being up for sale, the stock has risen by 30%.
Multiple WWE Officials have noted in interviews that Vince is only back for selling the company, and doesn’t help with the creative process anymore.
However, some fans on social media always jump to the conclusion that Vince is once again booking WWE when something happens on TV that they don’t like.
WWE released a promo for the main event of WrestleMania 39 – Roman Reigns vs. Cody Rhodes.
During this promo, graphics of Reigns & Rhodes appeared as movie posters, to fit the ‘WrestleMania Goes Hollywood’ theme.
Speculation of Vince working on the creative side started once again when “Directed by Vince McMahon” was spotted written at the end of the Roman poster in the promo.

Sean Ross Sapp reported earlier today that a WWE wrestler told him that Vince McMahon might be running creative again:
“This week, a WWE talent reached out and told me they believed Vince McMahon was back in creative.”
In an update, Wade Keller of PWTorch reported the following:
“I was told flat out today that Vince McMahon is not back involved in WWE Creative.”
