• Update On Who Might Be WWE’s Top Guy After Roman Reigns’ Exit

Roman Reigns relinquished the Universal Championship last night on RAW after he revealed that he has been living with leukemia for 11 years and it’s back.

With Reigns’ exit from the company for the time being, the spot for the top guy is the company is currently vacant.

According to the Wrestling Observer, many top WWE stars don’t tick all the boxes that WWE wants their #1 guy to be. WWE Champion AJ Styles is too old to be in that spot and various other guys don’t fulfil what they want in ‘THE Guy’.

It was then noted that the long-term plan for Drew McIntyre is to be a babyface and he’s one guy that ticks all the boxes. He’s young, he can wrestle, he can talk, he has the look…

With that being said, another guy that could take Roman Reigns’ spot for the time being could be Braun Strowman.

Strowman is a babyface once again and he gets one of the best babyface reaction nowadays.

With WWE only looking to fill Reigns’ spot for the short term future, it’s possible Strowman takes that spot and that might happen with him defeating Brock Lesnar to become the next Universal Champion at WWE Crown Jewel PPV.
