• Old School WWF Legend Would Have Celebrated His Birthday
Today would have been the 66th birthday of Old School WWF Legend “Adorable” Adrian Adonis (Real name: Keith Franke Jr.).
Adrian Adonis formed ‘The East-West Connection’ with Jesse “The Body” Ventura and ‘The North-South Connection’ with “Dirty” Dick Murdoch, before adapting the queer gimmick of “Adorable” Adrian Adonis, which led to the legendary match with fellow WWF Legend “Rowdy” Roddy Piper at WrestleMania III, that resulted in Adonis getting his head shaved.
He has yet to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, which might actually happen as part of the annual Legacy Wing inductions.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY & † REST IN PEACE

• Update On Who Saved Big Cass From Being Arrested, Chances Of Signing With WWE Or AEW Ruined
It looks like former WWE Superstar Big Cass hasn’t overcome his demons.
At last night’s WrestlePro event, which was a farewell show for WrestlePro owner Pat Buck – who was wrestling his final match at the event as he signed with WWE as a producer, Big Cass reportedly slapped AEW wrestler Joey Janela for having issues with his friend Enzo Amore.
According to PWInsider, Cass also got into a confrontation with Pat Buck. Cass was scheduled to be a surprise entrant in the Battle Royal. Cass began accusing everyone of stealing his belongings and spit in Pat’s face, which led to Pat taking him down. Cass was confused and didn’t understand why he got attacked:
“His entire demeanour changed as he went from aggressive and threatening to questioning why he was hit and asking what was going on.”
Police then escorted Cass out of the building and was taken to a hospital after he threatened to take his own life.
Word going on is that Cass may have been on alcohol or drugs last night (some are saying a mix of Alcohol/Xanax).
In an update to this, Fightful is reporting that Joey Janela saved Big Cass from getting arrested:
“Police asked Joey Janela if he wanted to press charges against Big Cass after the incidents that occurred. Janela declined, and said that Cass needed help.”
Janela tweeted the following about this incident:
Not gonna elaborate at all on this whole deal besides that it was probably the bizzare situation I’ve ever seen let alone been a part of in a wrestling locker room in 15 years, everything was cordial and friendly Friday and I hope the dude gets back on the right track…

Cass recently noted during an interview that he’s in talks with WWE officials, but his chances of returning to WWE have been ruined because Pat Buck now works in WWE. His chances of signing with AEW have also decreased greatly after this incident as some AEW wrestlers were backstage when this happened.
