• Velveteen Dream’s WWE Status After Recent Accusations

NXT wrestler Velveteen Dream landed in hot water with the fans last week, when some minors accused him of sending explicit pictures of himself to them.

WWE hasn’t made a comment on the situation, but the investigation is still going on. Dream is set to face off against Adam Cole for the NXT Championship on next week’s episode of NXT.

Regarding Dream’s current position in WWE, the Wrestling Observer noted that the situation hasn’t affected him, and he’s still being pushed hard:

“Velveteen Dream is clearly there for whatever it’s worth. I mean it’s, you know he wasn’t on the show tonight, but he’s supposed to wrestle Adam Cole and that was pushed pretty hard.”
