At the SmackDown Live taping in UK (which will air tonight), “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles defeated “The Modern Day Maharaja” Jinder Mahal to capture the WWE Championship!

This is Styles’ second WWE Title run. With this Title change, the Survivor Series 2017 main event has now become Universal Champion Brock Lesnar vs. WWE Champion AJ Styles, which is also a first time ever match.

Old School WWF Legend and WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle wrestled his first WWE Live Event match in 11 years and his second WWE match in 11 years at today’s WWE Live Event in Birmingham.
