• Viewership For AEW Rampage Continues To Fall

Last Friday’s live episode of AEW Rampage, which was the go-home edition of the show for the All Out PPV, drew 696,000 viewers with a 0.30 rating in the 18-49 demo.

This is down from previous week’s 722,000 viewers with a 0.34 rating in the 18-49 demo (which was a taped show).

AEW promoted CM Punk for last Friday’s episode. He was on commentary for Darby Allin’s match and then had a face-off with him. Despite Punk’s appearance and a live show (no spoilers available), the viewers didn’t tune in. Punk’s debut episode drew 1.13 million viewers.

As we reported before, WWE Officials believe Punk’s hype will die out soon, and it looks that way.

Many people have noted that debuting Adam Cole and Daniel Bryan this close to Punk’s debut completely killed any hype that Punk had left.

• Former WCW World Heavyweight Champion Celebrates His Birthday

Former WCW World Heavyweight Champion David Arquette celebrates his 50th birthday today.

After starring in the WCW movie ‘Ready To Rumble’, David also appeared on WCW TV and on the April 26, 2000 episode of WCW Thunder, he became the WCW World Heavyweight Champion by pinning Eric Bischoff in a Tag Team match that had DDP’s Title on the line.

He held the Title for 12 days, before losing it in the Triple Cage main event of the ‘WCW Slamboree 2000’ PPV.

It’s worth mentioning that celebrity David Arquette also turned heel during that match and cost his buddy Diamond Dallas Page the win, allowing “The Chosen One” Jeff Jarrett to become champion.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAVID ARQUETTE!
