• Vince McMahon Could Get Sued By WWE Stockholders (Reason)
Vince McMahon is back on the Board of Directors in WWE. This news resulted in the WWE stock increasing by over 20%.
At today’s “all hands on deck” meeting in WWE, it was revealed that the day-to-day is not changing in the company with the return of Vince, which means Triple H is going to remain the Chief Content Officer.
They also noted that WWE possibly being sold is a positive and the company could go private.
It should be noted that Vince returning is a risky move, because if WWE’s stock value eventually declines due to his return (or new misconduct allegations come out), minor stockholders will have grounds to sue McMahon.
