• Vince McMahon Might Be Mad At Roman Reigns For Backing Out Of WrestleMania 36
According to the Wrestling Observer, there’s a possibility that Vince McMahon might be mad at Roman Reigns for backing out of WrestleMania 36 as Reigns wasn’t mentioned at all on SmackDown and Night 1 of WrestleMania 36:
“Maybe they’re mad at him and they have no right to be. It’s either they’re mad at him or they’re just trying to hide it as much as they can and they don’t want to deal with it.”
For those who don’t know, Vince McMahon booked Goldberg to defeat The Fiend to win the Universal Championship and then booked Reigns vs. Goldberg at WrestleMania 36 to make sure Reigns gets a positive reaction when he wins the Universal Championship (which wouldn’t have been the case if Reigns defeated The Fiend).
Obviously that whole thing backfired with Reigns pulling out, but we also understand why Reigns made the right choice for himself and his family to back out of the event.
