• Vince McMahon Reportedly Fined A Referee For WrestleMania 35 Main Event Botch

As we saw during the finish of the WrestleMania 35 main event, Ronda Rousey’s shoulders weren’t completely down to the mat in the beginning when Becky Lynch pinned her.

According to Fightful, Vince McMahon blamed referee Rod Zapata for making the mistake of not breaking the pinfall count and fined him for an undisclosed amount.

Vince reportedly told Zapata that he should’ve stopped counting (as the WWE referees are taught to treat the matches as if they are real) and the match should’ve continued. If the wrestlers mess up, then it’s on them.
