• Vince McMahon Thinks New NXT 2.0 Wrestler Is A Future WrestleMania Main Eventer, Compares Him To Edge
We previously reported that Cal Bloom, son of Old School WWF Tag Team Veteran Beau Beverly (Wayne Bloom), is now known as Von Wagner in NXT 2.0 and it seems like Vince McMahon and WWE management are already praising him, even comparing him to a young Edge from 1998.
Here’s what Wrestlingnewsco is reporting about him:
“Vince sees him as a future WrestleMania main eventer. That should tell you everything about his future here.
Everyone is comparing him to a young Edge. He is rough around the edges but he has something and Vince thinks he can be a big deal but it will take some time.”
Wagner replaced Kyle O’Reilly in this week’s Fatal-4 Way NXT Championship match. This was his 1st ever match in NXT, but he lost.
