• Vince McMahon’s Reaction To CM Punk Being Open To A WWE Return
During a recent interview with Barstool Sports’ My Mom’s Basement, former WWE wrestler CM Punk was asked if his views on a return to Pro-Wrestling have changed.
Below is what Punk said:
“Absolutely. For 5 years I’ve always been asked that question. No matter what I say, it gets reduced to clickbait and it gets warped. I’ve gone through some many iterations of people saying, ‘Oh, Punk hates wrestling.’ None of that was ever the case. I think I’ve always been open to it.
My attitude has always been that I don’t see it happening. I think I’ve talked about it more recently, but my attitude hasn’t changed. People always ask what would it take to go back, and I say it would take a big bag. So people use their imaginations.”

According to the Wrestling Observer, WWE isn’t handing out blank checks to their top wrestlers who are demanding big money to re-sign and word going on is that Vince McMahon believes CM Punk wants a blank check to return to WWE.
It is being reported that Vince is no-selling all of the recent reports regarding Punk being open to a WWE return.
While Vince isn’t against Punk returning to the company, it is being said that he’ll be fine with Punk signing with someone else.
