• WCW Veteran Shocked By Goldberg Defeating The Fiend At WWE Super ShowDown 2020
During a recent edition of his 83 Weeks Podcast, former WCW President Eric Bischoff revealed that he was shocked by the decision of WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg defeating “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt to capture the Universal Championship at WWE Super ShowDown 2020.
Below is what Bischoff said:
“Given the trajectory of The Fiend character, I was really surprised. Nothing against Bill. He’s not a full-timer. He’s a part-timer, and Bill pretty much sh*t the bed last time he was in Saudi Arabia so I found that shocking particularly as quickly as they did it.
A lot of that may have been due to the fact that Bill is not really the right guy to go out there and have a 20 minute match with a guy like The Fiend.”
