• “What the F do I have to do? Show my t*ts?” – AEW Star Wants A Title Shot
AEW wrestler Thunder Rosa has openly expressed her deep-seated frustration with her recent string of losses and her inability to secure a championship. It has been three years since she last held a championship in AEW, and her last televised AEW singles victory dates back to February. In a recent episode of her vlog, Rosa shared her struggles with her fans. “Things are very somber for me right now,” she admitted. “There’s a lot of things that I want.” She acknowledged the support from her fans, stating, “You guys make me believe that I should be a champion, but it doesn’t matter what I do, I still can’t reach. I can’t get a hold of that. It keeps becoming very frustrating.”
Rosa detailed her preparation for a match, even joking about a potential “Thunder Stone Cold Steve Austin” persona and gear. However, the lack of a championship to accompany it sums up her current reality. “I didn’t bring a belt, so that’s not going to work,” she quipped. Thunder Rosa pondered if a specific outfit might be her “winning gear,” but quickly added, “I wish I could say that I got this on the pocket, but I don’t. I really don’t.”
The consistent defeats have taken a toll on her. “Losing, losing, losing makes you really somber and sad and question yourself,” Rosa revealed. “I’ve been questioning myself a lot lately. Straight up.” She voiced her ambition clearly: “I want to be a champion.” Yet, she also shared the discouraging feedback she has received: “Everybody else is telling me that I don’t have what it takes to be a champion. Eh, okay. Then what the f**k do I have to do? Show my t*ts? I don’t know.”
• “Hot girls get to make out” – Former WWE Star On Why She Wants To Join AEW
Former WWE Superstar Shotzi Blackheart recently opened up about her wrestling future during an interview on The Ariel Helwani Show.
She spoke candidly about her experience with WWE and where she might want to go next. Shotzi said she’d definitely be interested in going back to WWE—but only if she’s actually being used on TV.
“I mean, I would love to be back at WWE,” she told Helwani. “I loved working there, I didn’t love not working there. You know what I’m saying? Like it was only when I wasn’t being used that I was unhappy, but anytime I was being used, good time. Love the locker room, loved everyone I was working for. So, yeah, that’s just it. I just don’t want to go back and not work.”
When asked about other possibilities, Shotzi said she’s open to working full-time somewhere else. Between TNA and AEW, she leaned heavily toward All Elite Wrestling.
“AEW, for so many reasons,” she said. “I love their freedom. I have a lot of friends there who are doing really awesome things. I’ve heard many stories of how Tony (Khan) treats talent. So yeah, I do love that he really cares for his talent. That is super important to me.”
She added one more reason with a laugh: “And hot girls get to make out with each other, so like that’s cool.”
