• According to PWInsider, Michael Cole requested some time off recently due to a personal commitment, and that commitment eventually ended up being on the same night as the “Season Premiere” of RAW last night, which is why he missed the show.
Cole will return to WWE TV next week. This was the 3rd weekly show that Cole has missed in his 26 year career in the company.
• On last night’s episode of RAW, WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Piper Niven defeated Natalya. After the match, Piper & Chelsea Green attacked Natalya, which led to Tegan Nox making the save.

• Also on RAW, Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley vs. Shayna Baszler ended in a DQ after Nia Jax, Raquel Rodriguez & Zoey Stark interfered.
