William Regal No Longer Getting Inducted Into The WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2017? Update On The Legacy Inductees For This Year’s Class

We noted earlier how PWInsider was reporting that former WWF European Champion and current NXT General Manager William Regal is expected to get inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2017.

However, that doesn’t look the case anymore. Word going on is that the Warrior award inductee was the final inductee for this year’s WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2017.

Speaking of the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2017, Legacy inductees will be announced for this year’s class. The Legacy wing of the WWE Hall of Fame was introduced last year to honor the legends from early years of Professional Wrestling. Below are the names that were inducted into the Legacy class posthumously:

– Lou Thesz

– Pat O’Connor

– Frank Gotch

– Ed Lewis

– George Hackenschmidt

– Mildred Burke

– Art Thomas

Below is what the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2017:

– Kurt Angle (Headliner)

– The Rock ‘n’ Roll Express

– Teddy Long

– Diamond Dallas Page

– Beth Pheonix

– Rick Rude
