As we noted before, “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles is scheduled to drop the WWE Championship before WrestleMania 33 (possibly at Royal Rumble 2017 to John Cena).

Regarding WrestleMania 33 plans for Styles, it is being speculated that if Randy Orton finishes his storyline with Bray Wyatt before WrestleMania 33, then there could be a possibility of Styles vs. Orton happening on the Grandest Stage of them all.
We noted before how Styles vs. Orton was planned to take place after SummerSlam 2016, but plans changed and Styles went after the WWE Championship and Orton entered into an angle with Wyatt.
