Below are a couple of top WWE news stories.

• During an interview on Steve-O’s Wild Ride! podcast, Ronda Rousey said she is opening up about her concussion issues now because she doesn’t plan to wrestle in WWE ever again.

Here’s what the UFC Hall of Famer said:

“I had a lifetime of experience hiding the fact that I was concussed all the time, so now I can finally talk about it because I don’t think I’m gonna be wrestling for the WWE ever again.”

Ronda said she had to hide her concussion history, otherwise WWE wouldn’t have allowed her to wrestle:

“I wanted to go to the WWE. They’ve had such a complicated past with concussions and stuff like that. They wouldn’t hire me if they knew at that point. If I let them know how often I was getting concussions, they wouldn’t let me perform in matches.”

• In the main event of this week’s RAW, Sami Zayn defeated Chad Gable to retain the Intercontinental Championship.

Both men showed respect to each other after the match. When Sami was hugging his wife at ringside, Gable suplexed Sami from behind and turned heel. RAW went off the air with Gable applying the Ankle Lock on Zayn in front of Zayn’s family and friends.

According to the Wrestling Observer, Creed Brothers are expected to turn heel as well and join forces with Gable.

Julius Creed of Creed Brothers even teased this, when he tweeted Gable’s old catchphrase after RAW:

“Ready.

Willing.

And…”
