1. Randy Orton

“The Viper” hasn’t been seen on WWE programming since he lost the Last Man Standing match to Edge at WrestleMania 36 earlier this month.
He might be selling those vicious chair shots from The Rated R Superstar, but it might be time to finally return.
RAW has been suffering from low ratings, and as Vince McMahon said, it was due to new wrestlers being used on RAW. So WWE could bring some well-known talent to spike the ratings of the show.
The Men’s Money In The Bank Ladder match has 2 qualified wrestlers from RAW so far, and both of them are babyfaces. As SmackDown has King Corbin, the red brand also needs a solid heel in the match.
Orton could be used as a strong heel from RAW’s side to enter the match. Besides, he has a lot of experience in those type of bouts, and is also a former Mr. Money In The Bank.
