Wrestlers Who Could Replace Apollo Crews In The Men’s Money In The Bank 2020 Ladder Match

Apollo Crews Money In The Bank 2020

Just like every year, WWE will hold the Men’s Money In The Bank Ladder match at the Money In The Bank 2020 pay-per-view this year as well. The match will be inter-branded, with wrestlers from both RAW and SmackDown competing in it.

However, the number of participants this year will be less than usual. Only 6 wrestlers will compete in the match, out of which 4 have already qualified. Daniel Bryan, King Corbin, Aleister Black and Rey Mysterio are currently set to compete in the match.

Dolph Ziggler and Otis will face off on this week’s SmackDown to seal the 5th spot, while a replacement for the injured Apollo Crews to fill the 6th spot is needed yet.

In this article, let’s take a look at 6 wrestlers who could replace Apollo Crews in the match.

6. Jinder Mahal

Jinder Mahal remains WWE Champion at Money In The Bank 2017

“The Modern Day Maharaja” had been away from the ring due to a knee injury. Jinder Mahal had to undergo surgery last year, but now he has fully recovered.

He made his return to the ring on this week’s episode of RAW, where he defeated Akira Tozawa in a short match. As the Money In The Bank Ladder match doesn’t have any heel except King Corbin, so Mahal entering the match would insert another heel in the match.

Besides, if he ends up winning the match, WWE could build a future storyline between him and his former Tag Team partner, Drew McIntyre, who is currently the WWE Champion.
