• Wrestling Legend Returns To IMPACT Wrestling With 1989-1990 WCW Gimmick
From 1989 till 1990, Shane Douglas & Johnny Ace (John Laurinaitis) wrestled for Ted Turner’s World Championship Wrestling as ‘The Dynamic Dudes’.
On December 2nd, IMPACT Wrestling (fka TNA) aired a spoof wrestling event titled ‘IPWF Throwback Throwdown III’, that is paying homage to the Old School Territory Wrestling days, similar to what WWE did a few years ago with ‘Southpaw Regional Wrestling’.
During the show, Old School WWF/WCW/ECW Legend Shane Douglas returned with his old Dynamic Dudes gimmick and wrestled in a Tag Team match, while NWA Legend Ricky Morton (of the Rock’N’Roll Express) and former NWA valet Baby Doll returned in non-wrestling roles.

Old School WrestleMania Celebrity Ozzy Osbourne celebrates his 74th birthday today.
The famous lead singer of the famous rock band ‘Black Sabbath’ showed up in Chicago, one of the 3 cities ‘WWF WrestleMania 2’ was broadcasted from, to be in the corner of The British Bulldogs, when they defeated The Dream Team to win the WWF World Tag Team Championships.
He was inducted into the Celebrity Wing of the WWE Hall of Fame in 2021, but the ceremony took place without a crowd due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
