• WWE Almost Booked An Impromptu Title Change This Week
In the main event of the WWE NXT Spring Breakin’ 2023 special this past Tuesday, Indi Hartwell defeated Roxanne Perez and Tiffany Stratton in a Triple Threat Match to retain the NXT Women’s Championship.
During the match, Stratton hit a Swanton Bomb from the top rope to the outside on both her opponents.
Indi hurt her ankle during this spot. You can watch it below:

The trainers checked on Indi after this and she was taken to the back. The match visibly fell apart due to this and multiple spots had to be changed.
Later on, she came back and was able to finish the match.
According to the Wrestling Observer, WWE almost booked an impromptu finish of Stratton pinning Perez to win the Title (by contacting this through the referee’s earpiece), but Hartwell managed to go out there and retain the Title.
As seen on last night’s SmackDown, Indi was drafted to RAW.
