Today would have been the 93rd birthday of Old School NWA/WWWF Legend Killer Kowalski (Real name: Walter Kowalski).

Kowalski wrestled from 1948 till his retirement from active in-ring competition in 1977.

In his pro-wrestling school, he trained several wrestlers, who eventually became famous stars on their own, such as “The Game” Triple H, Big John Studd, Chyna & Perry Saturn.

In 1996, Killer Kowalski was inducted into the WWF Hall of Fame (now known as WWE Hall of Fame) by his former student Hunter Hearst Helmsley (now known as Triple H).
