• WWE Cancelled Planned Angle After WrestleMania 35 Main Event

As seen in the main event of WrestleMania 35, Becky Lynch pinned Ronda Rousey to become the RAW & SmackDown Women’s Champion.

According to the Wrestling Observer, WWE had originally planned an angle after the match where Charlotte Flair would’ve been angry at losing her SmackDown Women’s Championship without being pinned and getting in Lynch’s face.

However, this angle was cancelled because of timing issues. WrestleMania 35 became the longest PPV in WWE history. It lasted 7.5 hours (pre-show + main show) and WWE officials made the decision to end the PPV with Lynch celebrating her big win.
