• WWE Contacted Recently Released Wrestler For An Appearance At Extreme Rules

While speaking to Stephanie Chase on Instagram Live, former WWE wrestler Erick Rowan, now known as Erick Redbeard, revealed that WWE wanted to use him in the Wyatt Swamp Fight between Universal Champion Braun Strowman and Bray Wyatt at The Horror Show At Extreme Rules.

“There may have been a chance I was given a call and there may have been a chance I was busy filming. There is a high probability that I wasn’t able to fulfil their request.”

Rowan mentioned during the Q/A session that he was gone for six weeks, as he was filming a movie in Arkansas.

When asked about Bray Wyatt and his creative process, Rowan said:

“It’s the same with him as everybody else. A lot of his ideas go through and he gets a lot of stuff that he wants, and more power to him for having the voice to be able to get that, but there’s a lot of times, even him, a lot of stuff happens and it’ll get thrown away, that he’s upset about. It just goes across the board. At the end of the day, one guy controls what goes on over there.”
