• WWE Had 2 Huge Main Events In Mind For WrestleMania 39

It was reported recently that WWE offered enormous money to Stone Cold Steve Austin to face Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 39.

This comes after a report came out stating that The Rock told WWE Officials he wouldn’t be able to get ready for a match at WrestleMania 39.

According to the Wrestling Observer, WWE was looking to book the following 2 main events for WrestleMania 39:

Night 1 – Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. Brock Lesnar

Night 2 – The Rock vs. Roman Reigns

If reports are to be believed, both of the above stated matches have fallen through and won’t be happening.

WWE also pitched the idea of Austin wrestling at SummerSlam 2022 last year, but that obviously didn’t happen.
