• WWE Had Another Match Planned As The Main Event Of RAW Legends Night

The Legends Night episode of RAW saw Drew McIntyre retaining the WWE Championship against Keith Lee in the main event, after which WWE Hall Of Famer Goldberg returned to confront McIntyre and set up a Title match with him at Royal Rumble 2021.

According to PWInsider, the original plan for the show was for Jeff Hardy vs. Randy Orton to be the main event, but plans changed later and WWE decided to have McIntyre vs. Lee main event the show.

Goldberg was hidden backstage until the end of the show, and he wasn’t mentioned in the script as well.

The WCW Legend shoved McIntyre, after which the show went off air due to running overtime. When the show went off air, McIntyre got back up and got Goldberg’s face.

• Old School WWF Veteran Would Have Celebrated His Birthday

Today would have been the 58th birthday of Old School WWF Veteran Ludvig Borga (Real name: Tony Halme).

He wrestled for the World Wrestling Federation as an upper mid-carder in 1993 & early 1994 and was eventually going to be pushed to be a main eventer, but then got injured and left the company.

Borga’s biggest accomplishment during his time in the WWF was ending Tatanka’s 2 year winning streak.

After his Professional Wrestling Career was over, he became an MMA fighter, losing to Randy “The Natural” Couture at ‘UFC 13: The Ultimate Force’ on May 30, 1997, before becoming a politician and even got elected into the Parliament of his home country, Finland.
