Former WCW President Eric Bischoff started a poll on Twitter regarding the backstage fight involving CM Punk at AEW All Out 2022:
“Lets have a little fun. Your vote: Does CM Punk get fired? I’ll start out with a no.”
A fan replied:
“He shouldn’t be.
Behavior of people who are supposed to be in leadership positions was just as bad, if not the root of the issues.
Leaders should shoulder more of the blame than those under their leadership.”
Bischoff then replied:
“Punk’s whiney a$$ meltdown and subsequent burial of the company, as well as emasculating Tony Khan in public – at a ‘press conference’ no less – is a far bigger issue than the high school lunchroom fight backstage BS.”
