• WWE Hall Of Famer Is Expected To Fight Jake Paul This Year

We could be seeing WWE Hall Of Famer (Celebrity Wing) Mike Tyson face Jake Paul in a Boxing Exhibition Match this year.

During an appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”, Tyson was asked about the possibility of him facing Jake and the Boxing Legend went on to praise Jake.

Below is what the former Boxing Heavyweight Champion said:

“Anything is possible but it has got to happen this year. That could be very interesting.

He is skilled enough and I will give it to him because he is winning.

Even if he is fighting fighters that aren’t meant to be good enough, they should still be beating him but they can’t. He is beating people that he shouldn’t really be beating so you have to give him credit.

He is doing good and he is doing things that are great for Boxing. This guy has 7 million people following him every time he fights.

The champions of the world don’t have that many people following him so what he is doing for Boxing is sensational.

No one should be hating on him, what this kid is doing they should be following him. He is helping everybody get money so why are people mad at him?”

Jake heard what Tyson said and tweeted the following:

“Thank you to the great Mike Tyson for the respect and opportunity. This year we are making it happen.”

Mike Tyson has a professional Boxing record of 50 wins, 6 losses & 2 no-contests.

On the other hand, Jake Paul has a professional Boxing record of 5 wins and 0 losses.

He had 3 fights in 2021, where he defeated former UFC fighter Ben Askren once and former UFC Welterweight Champion Tyron Woodley twice.

Jake is currently scheduled to face Tommy Fury (younger half-brother of Tyson Fury) on August 6.

This was the original third nationally syndicated show that later became known as “WWF Wrestling Spotlight” after the August 30, 1986 episode.

NOT to be confused with the famous weekly “WWF Superstars of Wrestling” TV show, that eventually took over WWF Championship Wrestling in September 1986 and ran until 1997 (before becoming a recap/highlights show that ran till 2001).

Here’s the match-card:

– George Steele vs. Scrub

– Don Muraco vs. Salvatore Bellomo
