• WWE Hall Of Famer Thinks Internet Fans Will Turn On Roman Reigns Again After Recent Rumors

There are two rumors going on right now regarding Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns:

1. He’s going to be working fewer Live Events as part of his new WWE deal.

2. He might go on a hiatus later this year.

After reading these rumors, some fans have started calling Roman a “part-timer” already.

On his podcast, 2-time WWE Hall Of Famer Booker T addressed these rumors and said some fans just can’t be pleased, and claimed that the internet fans will most likely turn on Roman again.

Below is what he said:

“It’s hard to make people happy, so I don’t think you should think about what people want in certain aspects, especially as far as this goes.

For one moment, people are talking about wrestlers working too damn much. And now, he’s going to take some time off and they say he’s just a part-timer. Which one is it? You can’t have both.

For me, as a promoter, if I can protect Roman Reigns and preserve him because he is a guy that I feel is a high marquee guy for the company, why wouldn’t I do that?

You know what, they probably would (internet fans turning on Roman). There again, the fans, a lot of times, they want what they want. Maybe WWE fans are different. Cody Rhodes, they hated him going out of AEW, and now they seem to love Cody Rhodes.

If Roman takes some time off, damn it, he deserves it. Bottom line.”

The first time the internet fans turned on Roman Reigns was back in 2014-2015, when reports came out that he’s going to be the next face of WWE, so it gave the impression that he’s going to be the next “Super Cena” who beats everyone.
