• WWE Has Major Plans For RAW Star In 2019

It’s no secret at the moment that WWE officials have big plans for former RAW Tag Team Champion Drew McIntyre and those big plans are set to kick off in 2019, according to WrestleVotes.

As we noted before, WWE had plans to do a Universal Championship match between Roman Reigns & Drew McIntyre at Royal Rumble 2019, but those plans have obviously been dropped due to Reigns’ exit.

As seen on this week’s RAW, McIntyre picked up a huge win when he made WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle tap out! You can watch it below:

During a recent interview with Planeta Wrestling, McIntyre revealed that Brock Lesnar is his next target:

“Yeah, I mean during my time away from the company I won titles in every company around the world there really is. It was time to come back home. I wanted to start in NXT, I became NXT Champion.

I got injured, re-debuted with Dolph, we became Tag Team Champions. He’s been Intercontinental Champion and like I said last week on Raw I’ll be watching Brock Lesnar vs Braun Strowman very closely. Whoever wins, that’s my target. Brock Lesnar won so now he’s my target.”
