• WWE Is Discussing 1st Time Ever Achievement For Roman Reigns At WrestleMania 39

As of this writing, the main event of WrestleMania 39 is Roman Reigns vs. Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.

Prior to that, Reigns will defend the Undisputed Title against Sami Zayn at Elimination Chamber 2023 this month.

Because The Bloodline’s storyline with Sami Zayn is the hottest story going on in pro-wrestling today, some people backstage in WWE want Sami to be involved in the Title picture at WrestleMania 39, either in place of Cody or with Cody.

According to Xero News, WWE Officials are currently discussing the following idea of Roman pulling a double duty at WrestleMania Hollywood:

Night 1 Main Event: Roman Reigns (c) vs. Sami Zayn for the Universal Championship

Night 2 Main Event: Roman Reigns (c) vs. Cody Rhodes for the WWE Championship

WWE has split the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship of The Usos, as they are now defending the RAW & SmackDown Tag Team Titles separately.

There have been rumors for a while now that the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship will also get split after WrestleMania 39, during the Draft.

If WWE ends up going with the plan of Roman pulling a double duty, then he will become the 1st man in WWE history to have 2 WrestleMania main events in one year!

As of this writing, Reigns has wrestled in 6 WrestleMania main events.
