• Old School ECW Veteran Would Have Celebrated His Birthday
Today would have been the 54th birthday of Old School ECW Veteran “Big” Val Puccio.
Puccio also used to wrestle for the World Wrestling Federation during the early 90s, but only appeared on House Shows and never on TV.
A lot of 90s wrestling fans remember him for his 1995 stint in Paul Heyman’s Extreme Championship Wrestling, where Val was a member of The Full Blooded Italians, short “FBI”.

• WWE Is Doing An Angle Where RAW Wrestler Attracts ‘Heavier Women’
The Viking Raiders and RAW Tag Team Champions The Street Profits have been competing against each other in different challenges. One thing to note in these challenges is that Ivar of The Viking Raiders is frequently liked by female judges who are fat.
The Wrestling Observer noted that fat female judges like Ivar because he’s fat:
“The male judges liked the Street Profits and the female judge — of course it’s always, always a heavier woman who likes Ivar. So it’s like their little rib, you know.
She said ‘I think you’re cute’ and she looks at Erik and says, ‘You, not so much’. I mean they’ve done it in every skit so I guess it’s kinda cool, but it’s always like gotta be someone overweight like ha ha ha, you know?
It may have just been somebody’s idea ‘oh heavy girls like him because he’s fat,’ I don’t know.”
In case you didn’t know, the female judge who liked Ivar last night on RAW was Catalina, the female wrestler who worked with Sin Cara last year.
