Below are a couple of top WWE news stories of the day, featuring WrestleMania 41 and John Cena.

• On this week’s RAW, IYO SKY shocked the world by defeating Rhea Ripley to win the Women’s World Championship.

With this win, WWE announced that it will be IYO SKY vs. Bianca Belair for the Women’s World Title at WrestleMania 41.

However, Rhea will get added to this match to turn it into a triple threat. Here’s what WrestleVotes reported:

“The anticipation is that the match turns into a three-way at WrestleMania. That’s from what I heard today. Fully expect that match to turn into a triple threat by the time we get to Las Vegas was what I was told.

So if the spice isn’t there between Bianca and IYO, don’t worry, it’s going to shape out to be a little bit different.”

• After winning the Men’s Elimination Chamber match and turning heel by attacking WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, John Cena went straight to Africa to continue filming his movie.

Cena’s first statement since his heel turn was the following on X:

“Have the discipline to do what needs to be done, especially when you don’t feel like it.”

This morning, Cena tweeted:

“How others respond to us tends to say a whole lot more about them than it does about us. Evaluate it and don’t take it personal.”

Also, Cena posted the following on Threads:

“Emotions never get the best of us, emotions are us. Be accountable for your emotions and actions.”

“Silence can often be our most valuable asset, for many, it’s also the most difficult to use.”
