• Old School WWF Veteran Celebrates His Birthday

Old School WWF Veteran “The Birdman” Koko B. Ware (Real name: James Ware) celebrates his 63rd birthday today.

Koko B. Ware wrestled for various territories during the 70s & 80s, such as Continental Wrestling Association (Memphis Wrestling), Georgia Championship Wrestling and Mid-South Wrestling, before joining the World Wrestling Federation in 1986.

Koko was basically a mid-carder during his entire WWF run, but had plenty of PPV matches, including several WrestleManias.

In 2009, he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame by his good friend, The Honky Tonk Man.

• WWE Issues Statement On Allegations Their Wrestlers Are Facing

WWE has issued the following statement on the allegations of sexual & physical abuse some of their wrestlers are facing:

“Individuals are responsible for their own personal actions. WWE has zero tolerance for matters involving domestic violence, child abuse and sexual assault.

Upon arrest for such misconduct, a WWE talent will be immediately suspended. Upon conviction for such misconduct, a WWE talent will be immediately terminated.

WWE’s ability to fine, suspend or terminate a WWE talent will not be, however, limited or compromised in any manner in the event incontrovertible evidence of such illegal misconduct is presented to WWE.”
